Shichuang PP/PE Hollow Sheet Introduction

Hollow plastic sheet (also known as Wantong board), wholly-called hollow lattice plastic board, its major components are polypropylene (PP) or polyethylene (PE).

It's features are light, high strength, non-toxic pollution, water proof, corrosion resistance, rich colors, easy printing, recyclable, and has a good environmental performance and secondary processing performance. It was made into various types of revolving boxes, cases, clapboard, liners, plates, automotive interior panels, bottom boards, bottles pallets, and advertising boards and so on. Because of abundant sources of raw materials, affordable, high-performance, widely used, it is a new environmentally packaging materials for widely adopting in the most countries.

In 2006, the company has purchased professional continuous PP/PE hollow sheet production line equipment from Italy OMIPA. Its width of the "Shichuang" PP/PE hollow sheet is up to 2200 MM in width, thickness up to 13 MM, can be produced all the specifically hollow plastic sheet products at present.

The annual production capacity of its hollow sheets is more 3,500 tons, and exported to South Korea, Thailand, Singapore, Hong Kong, Spain, Japan, South Africa, Jamaica, U.S.A , Brazil, Russia ,Australia, Taiwan and more than ten countries and regions as of October, 2008.It is now the largest PP/PE hollow sheet manufacturer and export's supplier in North China. And it is also domestic manufacturer of the widest, thick, high-quality PP/PE hollow sheet.

In 2008 we have developed transparent and composite PP/PE hollow sheet , causing strong reaction! The transmittance of PP is as high as 80 percent, anti-aging, high-strength, good impact resistance, recyclable, environmental protection advantages. As the price is 3/4 of PC hollow board, its competitive advantage obviously, it is currently the only manufacturer, which produces FRP and light hollow board of matched-facility or separate application. The PE sheet is low-temperature-resistant, good flexibility, anti-aging, soft-lighting, recyclable, and other advantages. Mainly it is used in animal husbandry greenhouses in high elevation and high-cold areas, as our sheet is up to 2.2 meters in width, so the joint reduces and reduce the construction difficulty. The composite hollow sheet is produced by new formula, to strengthen the bonding force of coated materials and hollow sheet, and it produces aluminum composite panel, composite foam panel, automotive interior decorative board and composite flannel board and other new products!
